  Shipping
 
Packages will be sent not requiring a signature for delivery unless otherwise specified by purchaser. Once packages are delivered to the address specified by purchaser Kruiserking.com is no longer liable for any lost or stolen packages. To require a signature for delivery an additional charge of $2 will be added on to purchasers' total. Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for you cruiser to be delivered. More often than not orders arrive between 5 - 7 business days from the date the order was placed. Often time’s orders arrive sooner but we ask to plan for 10 - 14 business days due to varying circumstances that can cause delays.
 
California Resident Shipping Discount
 
If your order is being sent to an address within the state of California and your total purchase amount exceeds $105 you will automatically receive a $20 discount off the shipping cost of your order. This discount only applies to orders being sent to an address within the state of California.
 
Holiday Shipping
 
Packages purchased after the 12th of December will not be guaranteed to arrive by the 25th of December. We will do our best to expedite packages but due to holiday shipping congestion they may not arrive. Two-day air is available upon request for an additional charge. Please let a Kruiserking.com employee if you are interested in 2nd day air. The last day our warehouse will be open before the Christmas Holiday is the 20th, this is the last day pick-ups can be made before the holiday.
 
Damaged Merchandise
 
Bicycles on occasion may be damaged in the shipping process. Damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. Kruiserking.com is not responsible for damage caused in the shipping process. If customers would like a replacement part or bicycle because of scratches, dents or other damages caused during the shipping process, purchasers will be responsible for the product replacement cost and shipping costs associated with damaged part replacements. If you have any question regarding this issue, please feel free to contact us. We will be glad to help you. Purchasers do have the option of taking out shipping insurance at an additional cost.
 
Manufacturer's Defects
 
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, please email us the details. For any claim we must be notified within 7 business days from the date the bike was received we will respond within 3 business days advising you what action the manufacturer desires to take. DO NOT return items to us without receiving instructions. The manufacturer must approve the return of the item where any claim of manufacturer's defect is made. Kruiserking.com is not responsible for manufacturer's defects. If an item is to be returned due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a return authorization from a Kruiserking.com associate. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization from a Kruiserking.com associate. After the return is authorized please have the parts or bicycle packaged and ready for pick-up by the freight carrier. Kruiserking.com will arrange a pick-up of the bike or parts to have it returned to the manufacturer. Once the damaged bike or parts has been returned, an inspection will be done and the case will be handled accordingly. If it is decided that new parts and/or a bicycle will be sent, they will be issued and sent via the same method as how the original order was sent. From the time the bicycle and/or parts arrive back at the manufacturer it can take up to 16 business days until the new parts and/or bicycle are received by the customer. We will be glad to facilitate your claim with the manufacturer but manufacturer's defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. As such, you agree to indemnify Kruiserking.com from any such claims.
 
Return Policy
 
Because our bicycles cannot be re-sold as new once they have been shipped to you, or re-sold once you have put the bike together, we don't offer a return or refund. However, if you want to exchange your bicycle for another bicycle we will entertain such on a case by case basis understanding that you will be responsible for shipping (both to return the bike to us, and the costs associated with sending the new bike to you) and pay a 10% restocking fee. The bicycle being exchanged must be returned within 10 days and with all unused original packaging and literature materials. Permission for any exchange, on any part/accessory or bicycle, must be authorized by a Kruiserking.com employee before the bike is shipped back, this applies to all exchanges. We are not liable for exchange merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange status once we have received and processed the item to be exchanged. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Purchaser will also be responsible to pay all shipping charges necessary to complete the exchange. In the case that the customer accidentally receives the wrong bicycle or accessory, DO NOT send back the wrong product received. Contact us first and we will arrange a pick-up of the product. Once the product is picked up we will have the correct product sent out. Please note if anything is sent back to us using a method not first approved by a Kruiserking.com associate Kruiserking.com will not cover the cost of the return shipment.
 
Manufactures Warranty
 
1. Three months for the frame and one month all component joint parts.
2. The manufacturer will replace any parts failing during the warranty period. The shipping fee will not be covered by the warranty.
3. Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be responsible for labor and shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.

Items not covered by warranty:

1. Gear or brake adjustments.
2. Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by customer.
3. Wear and tear to bike, tires or components.
4. Damage as a result of any bike accident.
5. Damage attributable to shipping damage.

Tire and tire tube warranty: Any tire and tire tube that is pumped by a customer during the assembly process, whether the bike was purchased in the box at our store or received via shipment in the box will not be covered under warranty if the tire or the tire tube should pop after inflated by customer. Since a Kruiserking.com employee will not be present during the inflation we cannot warrantly the tube or the tire without knowing if the tire wall was correctly placed inside the rim by the customer or if the tube was inflated to the correct psi.
 
Legalities
 
If any product is subject to federal or state consumer warranty laws, our statement of limited warranty included with the product applies in place of these warranties. Misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you or failure caused by an item for which we are not responsible may void these warranties. This warranty replaces any other warranty, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If you do not understand any of the terms of this Limitation of Warranty and Liability or their implications, please consult an attorney. This limitation on warranty and liability is part of the terms of sale, constitutes a binding agreement, and may be enforced against you. In addition, Purchaser agrees that the total of any and all liability, regardless of fault, shall be limited to the total of your bicycle purchase with Seller or $200.00 whichever is greater.

Under no circumstances are we liable for third-party claims against you for losses or damages; loss of or damage to your records or data; or consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The laws of the State of California shall govern this agreement. The parties hereby agree that any dispute relating to the Products sold hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Los Angeles, California.
 
Photo Use
 
All photos used on www.Kruiserking.com are copyrighted and owned by Kingston Cruisers, the parent company of www.Kruiserking.com. Use of Kruiserking.com's photos are strictly forbidden by anyone other than Kruiserking.com and Kingston Cruisers employees. No picture at any time can be exploited by any party other than Kingston Cruisers and Kruiserking.com. Kruiserking.com's photos are not to be used on or in any other medium unless approved by a Kingston Cruisers employee. If any of Kruiserking.com's photos are found having been used by a party without the consent of a Kingston Cruiser employee the party will be prosecuted, and forced to pay to Kingston Cruisers a photo license fee of $500 per photo used multiplied by the number of days the photo has been used. All photos seen on Kruiserking.com can be licensed from Kingston Cruisers for the amount equal to our license fee, as outlined above.
 
Kruiserking.com In-store policies
 
Kruiserking.com Store Return Policies
 
We will not accept any returns or exchanges if the bike has been ridden or has noticeable damage that was not present when the bike was purchased. It is assumed by both the purchaser and Kruiserking.com that when a bike is purchased and leaves the store it is in perfect working condition and the frame and/or other components are blemish free. In order to receive a full refund the purchased bike must be returned within seven days of the purchase date. For exchanges the customer has up to 14 days to bring the purchased bicycle back to our store. Bicycles cannot be returned or exchanged because of a scratch, dent, or blemish of any sort after the customer has left the store with the purchased bicycle. This includes bicycles purchased in the box. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the bicycle before leaving the store to ensure it is in a condition they are happy with. If a customer brings a bike back within the necessary time and requests a refund or an exchange on a bike because of a problem Kruiserking.com reserves the right to not issue either a refund or an exchange if the problem is fixable.
 
Warranty
 
Kruiserking.com offers a four-month warranty on all purchases. Any bike purchased from our store that needs repairs or needs to be replaced will be taken care of free of charge within that four-month period. We do reserve the right to refuse repair or replace a bike free of charge if we believe aggressive or inappropriate riding caused the damage. The four-month warranty only covers manufacturers defects or problems that may have occurred from regular daily riding. Outside of the Kruiserking.com warranty each manufacturer offers a warranty, the details of each manufacturers warranty can be found on their websites. If your bike requires repairs within the four-month warranty period, it must be taken back to the Kruiserking.com location in which it was purchased from in order for the repairs to be covered under warranty. No repairs done at any other bike store or by any bike mechanic other than a Kruiserking.com mechanic will be covered by the warranty. Under no circumstances will Kruiserking.com reimburse a customer for repairs done at another bike store or bike mechanic not employed by Kruiserking.com.
 
Repairs
 
Kruiserking.com is not a full service shop in that we do not do repairs on bicycles that were not purchased from our store. If you need repairs on a bike that was purchased from our store we will be happy to take care of it but we do not offer same day turn around. Bikes can take up to seven business days to be repaired. We ask that if a customer is bringing in their bike for repair they plan to leave it at our store for up to seven business days. Only under certain circumstances can we get a repair done the same day.
 
Assembly Fees
 
All prices listed on the website are reflective of the bicycle being purchased in the box unassembled. If you would like your bicycle assembled there is a $20 charge. At our store we have all the models on our website available (unless otherwise noted on our site) already assembled for purchase with the price including the $20 assembly fee. If you would like a basket or backrack for your bike we charge a $5 assembly fee if the basket or backrack being purchased requires assembly. Lastly, some models that don't come standard with fenders can have fenders added to them. A set of fenders both front and rear cost $15. If a customer would like the fenders assembled to a bike by Kruiserking.com the cost will be $10, the total cost for the fenders and the assembly is $25. Lastly, the cost to remove and install a new set of grips on a cruiser is $2.
 
 
Note: Certain models in our store cannot be purchased in the box and are only priced based on being fully assembled. The brands that can only be purchased fully assembled are Felt, Hampton, Sun and Jamis.
